Residential: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Business: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Residential Delivery
Place your order by 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday in your recipient's time zone for same-day delivery.  On Saturdays, order by 2:00 p.m. for same-day delivery. Please remember to give us any special delivery instructions and also provide the telephone number of the recipient in case we need to make contact in order to complete a delivery.

Business Delivery
Place your order by 12:00 p.m. Monday - Friday in your recipient's time zone for same-day. Please remember to give us any special delivery instructions and also provide the telephone number of the recipient in case we need to make contact in order to complete a delivery.

If you place an order today for next-day delivery, it will be delivered by end of day. 

We will do our best to deliver within a requested time window, but cannot guarantee your delivery will arrive at a specific time.

We are unable to deliver to a P.O. box or Army post office. 

If your recipient is not available when we make a delivery, we may leave your gift in a safe place or drop off a message to call us to make arrangements for re-delivery.
